On Friday, March 14, 2014, LTM will be at the beautiful Revel Casino, Hotel and Entertainment complex in Atlantic City, New Jersey – putting many of the final touches on what should be an absolutely wonderful day of events…all as part of the 77th annual Maxwell Football Club Awards Gala. This year, the event is being presented by The Judge Group – a global leader in professional staffing and recruiting services since 1970.

This is the 5th year that LTM has been part of this star-studded event, but it is by far and away the most complex. Lou and his award winning team has been intimately involved in everything from a start to finish…from designing the format of the program, writing all of the script copy for the talent, presenters and video pieces, producing all of the video content, negotiating with ESPN for the live television broadcast, and then producing the event for live broadcast. Beyond that, LTM is also producing the entire in-house audio and video production at Ovation Hall, the Revel’s massive state-to-the-art showroom. Lou will be leading a 37 person dual control room crew (for both in-house and broadcast) throughout the day…overseeing every aspect on the day’s agenda. Everything from soup to nuts.

And what a day it will be…for for The Maxwell Football Club, LTM and ESPN. The day begins with a late morning national press conference that should include some of the evenings award winners. This will be followed by a round table football discussion with a number of different football and broadcast celebrities. These two events precede the main event…the star-studded awards dinner banquet. All three of these events will air live on ESPN3.

The Master of Ceremonies for the banquet will be Philadelphia’s own Suzy Kolber, one of ESPN’s leading football analysts. There will also be a number of interviews taking place on stage throughout the evening, on a locker room style set that will hosted by Lou Tilley. Some of his guests will include Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Chip Kelly, Mark Herzlich, David Cutcliffe, Brian Westbrook, Dick Vermiel, Carl Peterson, Vince Papali…to name a few. The house announcer will be another seasoned broadcast veteran, Tom Lamaine.

Bottom line – if you are a football fan, this is definitely the place to be! With LTM as the driving production force behind the it, this event should truly be a spectacular day of football celebration.
